Each bedroom includes a cozy queen bed, and the suite features a full kitchen, a welcoming living area, and modern amenities, including brand-new appliances, stylish furnishings, and a 55” smart TV. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood in Renton, the location offers both quiet and convenience: just 10 minutes to Southcenter Mall or Bellevue, 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport, and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. The house features 2 bedrooms, both with a queen bed, 1 full bathroom, a kitchen with a dining table, and everything you need for preparing fresh meals. It\`s fully equipped with new appliances and furniture. You\`ll have access to the entire space. We\`ll be mostly available for questions by Airbnb messages (preferred), text, email or phone. The house is located in the City of Renton. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything! The house is close to transportations, restaurants, malls, etc. \*\*driving distance \- 10 mins to Southcenter mall \- 10 mins to Bellevue \- 15 mins to SeaTac Airport \- 20 mins to Seattle. But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We\`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON\`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100\.
