The host was extremely easy to communicate with via text. Check-in was a breeze. The property is an easy walk to all downtown attractions, especially the Convention Centre. Cute property with everything you could possibly need. Comfy bed, nice arrival amenities, and clean. This property is perfect for guests without a vehicle staying for a few nights.

Great location, A/C could be a bit better

Located near transportation and great tourist points. Check in time was 4pm. We had just finished a cruise and owner offered us luggage storage (thanks!) while we enjoyed the day in Seattle. We returned about 3pm, but was not allowed in the bldg until 4pm. Apartment is cutely decorated and well equipped. Furniture is comfortable. It was a bit hot though (even with the portable air conditioners). We'd stay again in non summer months.

Great Base to Explore downtown Seattle

We enjoyed our stay here for a few days while we explored downtown Seattle. It is an easy spot to reach all the downtown sites from, about a 20-25 minute walk to Pikes Place Market. The building is secure, the bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen is stocked and easy to cook in. It is a small space but with more than enough room for two.*** Tip: this rental does NOT come with a parking space. If you have a rental car it is extremely difficult to find parking for more than a 12 hour time period. We found 24 hour parking at the Washington Athletic Club which was a few blocks away***
