Check-in was a process, but that’s to be expected of a tightly regulated complex unit. The place itself was well kept and comfortable. Proximity to attractions and restaurants was a big draw and didn’t disappoint. We did not utilize any of the complex’s amenities.

Nice place and an excellent location. The check in process is kind of an extended thing, you have to meet someone face to face. This is in the description so it's no surprise. It takes a minute, but Ron gives you plenty of info if you want it. Overall I think a great place to stay.

Friendly and communicative host. Condo was in a prime location and close to everything we had planned. The property felt very safe, secure and was very clean. Noise (music) was loud on the weekends with a nearby club but the complimentary earplugs on the nightstand worked like a charm. Enjoyed the partial view of the sound and seeing the cruise ships docked each morning. My sons enjoyed working out in the gym.

Very clean, perfect location, cute little place.The only negative was that when we first walked in, we hit a wall of fragrance — it was too much, and we had to immediately air out the place.
