Great Family rental

My family of six stayed here for a family wedding in town and felt like this was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very clean, plenty of space, beds were comfortable, appliances all are in working order and updated, plenty of parking around, rooftop was an added bonus. You will not be disappointed if you rent this place.

Lovely comfy spot in Seattle

The spot was really comfy and relaxing, with so many accommodations. The oven/stove was a little tricky to work out, but we made it work. It's close to the 5 bus line, which connected us to a lot of where we wanted to go in Seattle, and the area was walkable with many shops and restaurants to check out.

Great spot in fremont!

Location was great. The QR codes around the apartment were very helpful. We had a wonderful time! Loved the puzzles except for each having one piece missing. Haha

Fantastic Seattle Stay

The townhouse is in a great location in the Fremont neighborhood - close to coffee shops, bars, restaurants. The house itself was super clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck offers a great view of Seattle and the cascades. Lots of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us but would be difficult for people with limited mobility.

Great place, incredible location, awesome views

We rented this townhouse for a week and it was great. It was spotless and well furnished. It's walkable to many restaurants and bus lines to downtown. If the clouds cooperate, you have great views of Seattle with Mt. Ranier in the background. We didn't need to contact the management team much but when we did they were very quick to respond and very helpful. This place was awesome and I couldn't recommend any more.

Family gathering

The property was great and we got lots of exercise with the stairs. The view from the roof was amazing and had it been a tad warmer, we would have utilized it more. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very receptive (provided us with a countertop microwave and extra kitchen towels when requested). We were a little disappointed with the one bedroom right off street level and so far away from the others, but it worked out ok. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome!

Enoyed this home in Fremont

The home was very comfortable for our family of two adults and two teens. It had all of the amenities we needed, and we appreciated having a washer and dryer. We had no problem finding street parking and it was easy to take the bus downtown. It was nice being in walking distance of shops and restaurants. While it worked out for us, the third bedroom has a double trundle bed that when the trundle is pulled out takes up the entire room. That room is also 2 floors away from the other bedrooms and could be too remote for some families looking for three bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our five night stay in the home and the Fremont neighborhood.

Great location, lots of steps

The location of the property is great. We loved the rooftop patio and spent every evening up there enjoying the view of mt. Ranier and the Seattle skyline. It was clean and well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfy. Had a problem with the door code when we checked in, but vacasa was able to quickly provide us an alternate code. Otherwise no issues The listing says street parking but there is an attached garage with the unit. However, it was unclear if we were allowed to use the garage. Street parking during the weeknights in this area is intense so just be prepared for packed street parking and that you may have to park a few blocks away. But there is a driveway so you can load and unload. Also, as others have mentioned, it is a lot of steps. It does get a bit tiring, especially for older adults, going in between the levels.

Nice home

Nice home, close to restaurants and shopping. We walked even in December. We were exhausted from travel and prompted by a text that an early check in might be available, We parked outside an hour early and waited. No activity at the house but at 4:00 we tried the code that did not work. By 4:10 we called the number given by Vaasa. After being on hold for several minutes an agent said “let me check” and disconnected us. Had to call back and wait on hold again. Second agent gave us a second number that worked. Once in we found the house nice, definitely meeting our needs. The views from the roof top were amazing. The second day cooking was difficult. Very nice gas range that was VERY temperamental. The microwave made all the sounds but after several minutes food was only luke warm. On street parking and only one TV also made this unit not perfect for us.

Three storey townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a roof top deck near shops and restaurants in Fremont and Ballard. Quiet neighborhood. Family friendly. Street parking nearby was not a problem for us in July.

Loved it! Just as described and great location. We even got to enjoy the roof deck on our last afternoon since it was a gorgeous sunny evening. The view across Lake Union was amazing and Rainier was out. Would absolutely recommend this townhome to anyone visiting Seattle.

The property was accurately described. Lots of stairs, however the three of us (all elderly) had no difficulty with them. Handrails everywhere, which we appreciated. A few of the rooftop chairs could stand to be replaced. Nicely equipped kitchen for anyone who wants to cook (we didn’t). A lovely little coffee and pastries shop was literally just around the corner. Because it was uncharacteristically hot in Seattle when we stayed, the second bedroom upstairs was quite warm. Opening the window as well as the door to the rooftop helped at night. A fan would have also helped.Nice large shower upstairs. Good, thick towels.
