"This was truly a one of a kind experience. Would like to thank the front desk guy Cole. Was having anything can go wrong kinda day & his positive demeanor with caring character really helped me feel safe at home. He was then serving drinks another night. Made great signature cocktails and held an uplifting conversation with all of the guests. Really appreciate when staff goes out of their way to make guests stay wonderful. Give that guy a raise! Would return & highly recommended to anyone. Great job Cole!"

"The hotel was very nice, luxurious and well maintained, also great location in middle of all bars and restaurants and shopping places the front desk staff were mostly polite but lacking enough people in rush hours (you could wait a while even in line if you are a Bonvoy member) The restaurants in the hotel are very nice with good menu and drinks The room was nice, comfortable bed and pillow and nice amenities but the linen and towels didn’t smell good at all , not sure what they use for laundry detergent , the AC / heater sound was loud especially if you try to change the temp All in all , nice hotel but could use improvement in staffing , better detergent and fixing the AC"

"Very nice room; comfortable, clean and spacious enough for a single person. Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the cafe on the 2nd floor and appreciated the credit given by hotel as an offset for the resort fee. Also appreciated the closeness to Seattle Convention Center. Def would stay here again."

"Stayed here for a weekend and it was the best experience I’ve had in a while. The property was very clean. From the moment you entered, the valet was very friendly. Front desk workers were friendly, kind, and helpful. This hotel has a restaurant and bar. They also sell snacks and offer complimentary fruit infused water daily. I would definitely go back. It’s also in walking distance to Pike Place Market."
