In Jamaica they would say this place is"irie": adjective
(chiefly in Jamaican English) nice, good, or pleasing (used as a general term of approval).
In Japan they would refer to is as being"Ichiban": (Japanese adjective) ichi·ban ē-chē-bän. : number one : first : best.
In American they would compare City Haven II to "Cadillacs, Hershey bars, and Mom's apple pie".
I apologize, as I am a Canadian. In Canada people would simply say: "This place rocks 'ehhh!" ... followed by please, thank you and "Your Welcome!"
