We call this light-filled, third-floor flat, Piet’s Perch. It is filled with charm and all you need for a fabulous extended urban experience. The windows open onto a courtyard, letting in light and shielding you from city noise. Step outside and it’s a quick walk to the sites, great dining, music and more. This 3rd floor condo includes air conditioning and is 2.5 blocks from Whole Foods and 1 block from an Amazon Go, the ultimate in contact free shopping. We have weekly and monthly discounts to make an extended stay affordable. Bookings of 28+ days avoid the 10% city hotel taxes, this is just the law but knowing can save you.
Built in 1922 and converted to condos in 2007, Piet’s Perch is filled with charm and everything you'll need for a fabulous urban experience. The host was very communicative and the location was great. Situated between the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market, we were able to walk to local landmarks, restaurants, and markets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

This was a great little apartment! Very clean with lots of amenities. The hosts left great info about the apartment and their favorite restaurants and attractions in the area. They were also very responsive. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to many attractions and lots of food options. Highly recommend this to any single or couple staying in downtown Seattle.
We were in town to see UW football game. The condo was PERFECT. The place was clean, quite and centrally located to downtown. Definitely would stay again and would recommend.
We stayed when coming to town for a concert and it was perfect in every way. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and welcoming. - Top Pot donuts for breakfast was a perfect bonus in the morning.

I have never used VRBO in the states & I was so pleased with our experience to Seattle I will never go back to staying in a hotel again! The property/ accommodations were excellent! The communication with VRBO & property owners was excellent! Five stars all the way!

it was a wonderful and clean What is it? studio apartment location for downtown Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere. Were you able to walk to tour downtown easily. It is a safe and nice neighborhood!
The apartment is well-located for seeing most of Seattle's tourist sites on foot, and it was easy to find food and groceries nearby. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water; everything was as promised and the owner was very responsive. We would most definitely book it again if coming to Seattle.
My partner and I had a great 2 night stay! The unit was cozy, quiet, private, and clean. We received good and early communication from the host, clear instructions, and the place was ready for check-in hours earlier than expected. Thank you for making our visit comfortable and convenient.
Well, there were many great things about this Seattle apartment, but the best feature was the location.
Headquarters, the Amazon Go Store, and even the Bainbridge Island water taxi.
John had a very helpful binder with various restaurant suggestions. We did not have a car so even the Westlake Link Rail Station / Monorail Station were nearby.
All in all, a great place to stay while you explore Seattle.
Great place for walking to all of the Seattle visitor sites, easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and light rail. The only downside for me was I had multiple pieces of luggage and the unit was on the third floor - a bit of a challenge walking the stairs - otherwise - GREAT!
We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! Perfect amount of space for two. Great communication and greatly appreciated the unexpected earlier check in. Highly recommend!

Beautiful inside! Squeaky floors but you have to accept that as part of the charm. Great location so you can walk to most area attractions and restaurants. Parking is expensive.
Nice comfortable place for resting after a busy day in town
Nice place, well kept, clean, comfortable. Like a hotel suite, and a little more, in an older/more traditional and smaller building. Excellent location. Can get anywhere walking or a short Uber ride. Host has thought about everything and is very helpful. I will definitely check availability next time I visit Seattle again.
Great location, almost midway between Seattle Center (space needle) and downtown. We walked, both ways. Two blocks from ‘Amazon One’ convenience store, if you want to experience the future(?) of shopping!
VERY clean and well equipped! Fast and efficient communications with owner. It’s a fairly small studio apartment in an older building, but kitchen and bathroom fixtures are fully modern. Highly recommended!
