This studio is in an up and coming neighborhood. Unfortunately it is still in the "coming" part. There is construction at 7am next door as well as across the street. There are no parking signs at the property and we had to park a block away next to a pile of scrap furniture and a homeless guy. That said the area itself is not all that bad and the unit is as described.As far as the unit itself we have a few suggestions for improvement. There are no washcloths, kleenex, ice maker or ice trays. There is a good supply of bath towels but only one hand towel and one towel for the dishes. There are only a few plates and two forks and knives so you have to do the dishes after each meal. The TV is pretty small and there is no cable but several pay channels were available. A Nespresso machine and coffee are available. The problem is that the machine is haunted and just starts up whenever it wants including once at 2:30 AM. There is no paperwork at the property with instructions for things such as garbage and how to connect to the wifi. ##### John Z.
