We love staying here in this unique, historical home! Our room was very comfortable and homie. The breakfast was delicious! The owner and her son do a fantastic job of welcoming patrons and keeping up the property nicely.

We loved the location of the property slightly out of town, bars and restaurants a 5 minute walk and the 49 bus into seattle center just a minute walk David was so welcoming, friendly, and accommodation Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and changed daily ...loved the large dining table so we could interact with other guests The property is beautifully furnished and guests can sit in the library and lounge to chill. Smooth Classical music played throughout the day we loved that There was a lovely courtyard garden with seating ...where all birds including hummingbirds entertained us It was idilik. Would certainly recommend and we would definately stay again Well done 👏 ✔️

This was such a darling B&B! The hostess was warm and welcoming and the property was tranquil. We stayed in the Carriage House which I highly recommend. The provided breakfast was fantastic and the best part was the resident dog. He was such a sweetheart and it was the perfect way to be welcomed onto the property. If you have the chance, I strongly recommend staying here.

The Cecil Bacon was a perfect stay for us! We stayed in the Carriage House which we found comfortable and clean. The house and common areas are charming and well maintained. David was helpful and thoughtful host. Breakfast in the morning was perfect.

David and Anne were perfect hosts. They made a wonderful effort with the breakfast and knew when to just leave us alone. The Manor is quaint, comfortable, and lovely. Within walking distance to restaurants and coffee. It's slightly removed from downtown Seattle, but nothing a quick rodeahare or Lime bike/scooter doesn't fix. We'll be back! NOTE: Parking can be a challenge, but we were lucky to find street parking close to the Manor throughout our visit.

This was a clean, well kept property. We loved the beautiful gardens and delicious breakfast each morning. It was fun to stay in a house that was so unique. The location was great; quiet, but only 10-15 minutes to most places we wanted to see. The only reason I would rate it 4 stars is that I thought it was good - but not great - for kids. I think a couple traveling or friends is best suited for this property. We loved our stay overall!

The place is magical, 1909 house, fully furnished with period furniture. As a guest you have access to 3! Living rooms, tea 24/7, super nice staff, fantastic neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and easy commute to downtown. Highly recommended!!!!

Very comfortable B&B. We have stayed here before. Nice place in a good location within walking to Capitol Hill or a short uber ride downtown. Only gripe is that coffee is not available until 8:00am. Would be nice to have it in the room or down in the main area.

David did an AMAZING job with breakfast. Super cheerful and engaging. The entire stay start to finish was amazing. We had a late arrival and he met us outside w his sweet pupper. The carriage house suite is a MUST. So private and fully stocked. The house is incredible. We loved everything about the stay!
