It has many desirable amenities It is conveniently located within walking distance to fabulous restaurants, the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the cruise ship ports (that is if you are ok with exploring the city-which we were). The building is safe and the residents are friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Very clean with some nice amenities but we didn’t use them. The only downsides were that it was pretty hot outside and even hotter in the apartment. They supplied a couple fans and had a portable AC going but the AC might need a recharge or new water as it wasn’t cooling much.
