It’s a charming, clean, and light-filled space with ample room, walkable to the light rail and buses, as well as coffee shops and restaurants and UW campus. We used to live nearby, and this home has good vibes that brought back good memories.We came during a heat wave, and the proprietor thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning in advance, so that we were quite comfortable when we arrived. (The home has in-window air conditioning units, more than powerful enough to handle a Seattle summer.) ##### John L.
