Welcome to your home away from home. This brand new 2026 build features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for any stay in the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a modern kitchen with quartz worktops, brand new stainless steel appliances, oak laminate flooring, and A/C for year round comfort. Ideally located near Seattle, with shops and restaurants within walking distance, city centre and cruise terminals 15 to 20 minutes away, and Sea Tac Airport just 10 minutes away.

Welcome to our beautiful home featuring three bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-size bed and the others with comfortable queen-size beds. The two full bathrooms each offer a tub with a showerhead. With parking in front is available for two or more cars. We have a smoking area in the back with a patio table.

Our fully new house, kitchen includes new appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. Additionally, we provide a convenient laundry room with a washing machine and dryer for your use. Stay connected with our WIFI internet and enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV with streaming services.

All guests are kindly asked to share the reason for their stay before the reservation is confirmed.


You have full access to the entire house and cover patio.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a minimum fee of $75, but it is not guaranteed and may be declined depending on scheduling. Please contact the host for availability.


All guests must be included in the reservation. Additional Guest Fee: The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. An additional fee of $35 per guest, per night applies for each guest beyond 4.

-Baby playpen available upon request for $50 for the full stay.

Special instructions for dog owners (please read):

Only dogs under 20 lbs are allowed.

Pet fee: $140 per stay.

Dogs that shed are not permitted. No pets on beds.

If a pet is brought without prior notice, an additional $350 fee will be charged.
