Parking was a hassle but true everywhere we went in downtown. Walkable area- don't bring a car.

We stayed here for an event at Lumen Stadium. It was very clean. The staff are excellent.Parking was off location but very easy

The property isn’t bad, the location is fine to see sites of the town, but Seattle has a homeless problem.

Staff was really helpful. It was raining and they had umbrellas to borrow. I only stayed one night so it worked for me. Was nice to have breakfast available before I headed to airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western in Seattle. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were super helpful in giving us recommendations and directions, plus they were even able to get us into our room early around noon!!! We hope to be back to Seattle again soon, the hotel was surprisingly one of the highlights!

Nice hotel ,Staff excellent.room great. Seattle is becoming a cesspool ,area around hotel was dirty,lots of street people passed out and doing drugs.Most restaurants around hotel were closed.Walking around Pioneer square other than during daylight is sketchy.Seattle really needs to fix their homeless issues.

Historic property very close to the ferry terminal. Nice to be in town, close enough to walk around downtown Seattle. Staff was personable and welcoming. Parking was in a locked garage off the nearby alley, in a building connected to the lobby—No need to go outside to go to or from the car. The assigned self-parking slot was a bit tight to get into but fortunately the adjoining slots were empty. The parking was very secure. The room was small but the alcove gave welcome extra space for luggage and the TV. Breakfast was referred to as continental but did include some hot choices.

I do love the history of Pioneer Square and the hotel as a Historical property. The area is a little sad as it appears the homelessness population may have increased in the last few years.

Great post-holiday stay
The front desk staff were welcoming & helpful and facility was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Location was excellent, with generous parking accommodations so we could easily explore all day after checking out. Snacks were available in the lobby and the breakfast was satisfying.

We couldn’t have been happier with the Pioneer Square! It had so much character, the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was quaint and clean. We had one day in Seattle and the location was perfect to do and see the town.

Clean Friendly and Reliable.
Great stay as always - Staff and management are terrific. We stay here every time we are in Seattle and have never had a bad experience. It was a bit annoying that the normal parking was not available but the Butler Garage worked just fine.
