The place was spotless and had a very minimalistic vibe to it. We loved the big beautiful open windows with amazing views of the city. It had all the essentials we needed, including a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient. We were in the midst of downtown Seattle and we were able to walk to the monorail which took us to the Space Needle. Other attractions such as the Gum Wall, Chihuly Museum, Pike Place Market were also walking distance. Vince had great communication and was easily accessible for any questions or concerns. Very noisy with a busy street right outside your window, no screens on windows so no ac and no opening windows, There are many apartments in the same building that are the same money but are interior courtyard with ac and blinds. Vince was an excellent host, and Kelli was a highly responsible greeter. The apartment was clean, cozy, and spacious enough for two people. The abundance of great restaurants and cafes nearby was a definite plus, and the location was conveniently close to major tourist attractions. If I visit Seattle again, I would definitely stay here again! However, there were a couple of downsides: the living room didn’t have blinds, which made me feel self-conscious about people across the street possibly seeing in when moving around. Additionally, the washing machine was broken, so we couldn’t use it. Bed is decent. Checkin process is confusing if you've never been there before, checkout process is a bit cumbersome if you have a vehicle since you need to leave the parking tag and remote to get out of the garage inside the unit before you leave. Only one key and fob is provided so coming and going at different times may be a challenge if your party doesn't stay together. While recognizing it's an urban environment, outside noise is very noticeable. Cushions on yellow couch are in need of new padding as it is uncomfortable. Communication is good, unit was clean.
