Extremely clean with all the necessities and comforts of home. A wonderful host with informative guest instructions and a terrific old Seattle neighborhood close to so many fun things to do. We were amazed how fast we could get downtown or to the airport once we had traffic figured out. Definitely would stay here again! Our group of 8 fit so well because there are 3 levels for sleeping arrangements. PS LOVED the showers. Great water pressure. Especially downstairs. That was a treat!! ##### Lise C. Note that the top floor is warm in summer and the basement cool! There are w/ds on the top and bottom floors, and a kitchen in the basement as well. Kitchen is well-equipped. Back patio is huge.
