Unfortunately the 2nd and 3rd rooms do not have air conditioning, only the living room and 1st bedroom have air conditioning. We discovered water damage / mold in the ceiling. Despite phone calls, texts, emails and calls from Expedia, it took multiple follow-ups on my part to get a response from the property manager who ultimately denied mold or water damage exists. This despite having multiple photographs illustrating otherwise. I would not expect proper remediation to happen given the managers outright denial the problem. There was a partial repair in progress, so they'll likely just cover it up. Water damaged drywall does not simply dry up and fix itself. Mold may die but the toxins it produces remain.
