The unit is in a basement so very little natural light. I expected to climb a few steps, but NOT 35 steps every time I came or went --especially difficult with luggage. There was no ice maker or ice cube trays, and the owner was not helpful. We had to purchase ice. No thermostat for central heat-- the owner said we'd have to contact her if we wanted it adjusted and she would do it remotely!! The washer only filled with hot water no matter what setting we used, which ruined 2 of my shirts! Again, the owner was unresponsive. Overall, disappointed in this property.
