Less than 10 min from SeaTac Airport & light rail, shopping mall, this is a great location to stay if you are visiting downtown Seattle as well. Perfect for work- w/ multiple work stations, high-speed internet, TV. Sophari's new 8 bedrooms recreational home is situated just minutes from the airport in Seatac, Washington. This great big house has 12 beds and sleeps up to 20 people. It features 3 living rooms with multiple TVs spread across bedrooms. The enormous yard provides ample space for games or repose and there are outdoor spaces where you can enjoy Seattle-perfect sunsets on the deck. One of our homes greatest benefits is that it's stocked with all necessary commodities for your stay! We provide toiletries in every bathroom as well as an array of different soft sheets, towels, and blankets to make this a true "home" setting. With a large courtyard sitting area upstairs alongside three more bedrooms perfect for guests - Sophari VRBO awaits! Note: Our place can accommodate 20 guests. Let us know if you are adding more guests to give you the price for additional guests. Description of the floorplan to help you: It’s a large 2 story home. You have access to the entire home, except the garage. Upstairs, there’s 5 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen. Downstairs, there’s 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 living rooms. There’s several direct entrances from the outside to the upstairs and downstairs area, in addition to stairs inside the home. Looking forward to your stay. You will have full and uninterrupted access to the entire apartment. Ensuring the safety and security of our guests and property is our top priority. For guests without a strong recent history of bookings or those making last minute reservations, we may require a screening through a third-party background check called Autohost. SMOKING: whether inside your unit, in a common area or roof deck, no smoking of any substance is allowed. Smoke damage to a unit will result in a $1000 fee 5\. KEYS: to return any access keys and remotes with a $50 replacement fee for every lost key and $250 for any remote or entry FOB. The best thing to do after checking out, is take a photo of your keyset, and text us you've left the keyset behind and have checked out. 6\. By completing the booking, you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. 7\. Please take shoes off at door entrance. 8.Noise and neighbors- must keep noise to a minimum and reasonable level from 9pm till the next day. This is not a party house. If any issues with noise and parties, whether small, medium, or large, we will submit a claim and not return the security deposit we hold. \-We use noise monitoring sensors (Noiseaware) to detect noise (not recording), and if we receive notifications of excessive loud noises, we reserve the right to evict you after several attempts of us asking you to reduce noise. \-Background checks- we use Autohost to check backgrounds and may need to collect more information to go with your IDs and credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if you do not pass or or have any bad history. \- You Must accurately share how many guests are coming. It was decorated so nicely and the beds were comfortable. The check in was easy. The only complaint was that it had spider webs in room corners and some items from previous guests (a suit jacket and a vape found in cabinets that were not from our group).
