Space for everyone, so well stocked, and the hosts were awesome with communication and suggestions. Location is also fabulous. Close to downtown and in the cutest neighborhood. The house was perfect for mixed family and accomodated us very nicely. It had everything we needed and more! The hosts were responsive and kind. The house was amazing, even better than the photos on the listing. The location was also wonderful, in close walking distance to Queen Anne neighborhood of shops and restaurants, and we also walked to the Space Needle from the house (about 40 mins). We stayed at this amazing home in Queen Anne this fall and everyone in our group was so impressed with it. We come to visit our family here several times a year and this is the best vacation rental we have stayed in by far. The hosts were very kind and left us some sweet local snacks to enjoy which was so appreciated after a long day of travel. The home had everything we needed + more. The kids really appreciated the play room + gaming console + playset in the backyard. We all LOVED the location with a grocery store and bakery / coffee place around the corner and it was so easy to get downtown. We can't wait to stay again on our next trip to Seattle! ##### Anna S. We had plenty of space to welcome the daily visitors, including a couple of grand children who were nicely entertained by the toys and play areas. Location was great for easy dinners and morning coffee. Sarah could not have been easier to work with and helpful. The members of our group were all able to have their own beds (family shared), and everyone found the their beds very comfortable. The rooms are all spacious (and clean!) and there are multiple gathering areas. We walked to the local bakery each morning. Most of our group (age 50+) also walked to the Seattle Center: easy and pleasant walk. Sarah was very helpful: provided us good information and responded to any questions right away. We were in Seattle for a family wedding.The house was great for us, good communal space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and.....toys and outdoor space for the children. We had two cars and there was no problem parking. Coffee shops, a bakery and a grocery all within walking distance. We didn't have any problems but when we had questions, the host was quick to respond. Nice location up on the hill. ##### Esther P. This year I chose the Seattle area and rented this amazing house as our home base, and it was perfect! The house was home to 12 women and despite having 3 full bathrooms, it worked out perfectly. We all loved and felt completely safe in the Queen Anne neighborhood. The location was convenient to everything we needed. Additionally, Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. Our two older children, their spouses and two three year old grandchildren stayed with us in the main house and our friends stayed in the MIL apartment, which has two separate bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchen and a separate entrance from the main house. The multiple bedroom configurations, bathrooms and common spaces provide significant flexibility to support groups of various compositions. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a very nice washer (we all had washing machine envy) and dryer. Mini-split AC units have been recently installed, which was most appreciated in the summer heat. There is also a school playground across the street in addition to the smaller child playground in the backyard. Upper Queen Anne is a nice residential neighborhood with various local restaurants, bakeries and markets within a short walk. Seattle center and Ballard are a short drive and the SeaTac airport is easy to reach via the new route 99 tunnel that runs along the Alaskan Way waterfront (minor toll). The host, Sarah, was most helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this VRBO for your group stay in Seattle. ##### Douglass B. This property is in a wonderful location, walking distance to amazing tacos, fabulous bakery, and a very handy market. There are wonderful elements that include comfortable beds and very nice sheets and towels. The kitchen was well furnished, allowing us to have several family meals there together.
