- The kitchen is small. Due to small spaces it may lack some appliances for extensive or gourmet cooking.
- Although we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets
- Party strictly not allowed. Please note, as this is a residential area, if large groups show up, or more guests for the 4 for which we are licensed, we'll contact Vrbo and will ask you to leave.
- There are 2 single motion sensor camera positioned outside the front entry door and the driveway of the house.
- Lomi may not be the best fit for toddlers or very young children. The home is not fully baby-proofed, includes roller shades, a steep staircase, and the hot tub is situated on a hillside with limited fencing.
