The backyard entry for this unit can be accessed through one of the bedrooms. 2\. 【NOISE】 Since this is a downstairs unit in a wood-frame house, you may hear normal footsteps from people walking upstairs. It’s the kind of everyday step sound most people can easily imagine, please keep this in mind before booking. To make your stay more comfortable, we provide complimentary earplugs. If you feel this type of sound may not suit you, please check my other listings upstairs, which might be a better fit. 3\. 【PARKING】 We provide one designated off-street parking spot. I chose this place as it was close to our home, but I will definitely rent this unit again when family comes to town. Situated in Ballard it’s close to everything and bus lines, but comes with parking too. The unit is clean, inviting, with great updates. The bedrooms are spacious and the den and bedding was cozy. Kitchen had everything one needs for meals. The bathroom is darling and has a shower and great soaking tub. There’s a patio off one of the bedrooms that offers a great outdoor space. The owner was accommodating and offered great communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. ##### Lisa P.
