  • Welcome to our spacious and comfy lower level suite! Why settle for a boring hotel room when you can have a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and an in-unit washer and dryer? Plus, enjoy the comfort of memory foam beds and designated parking - one assigned spot and two compact overflow stalls shared with upstairs unit. We're pet-friendly too, with a private backyard for your furry friends.

    We absolutely love furry friends and we know that they're a part of the family. However, we do reserve the right to decline on a case by case basis. We kindly request that you check with us prior to booking and let us . We ask they stay off the furniture and bedding, and that you scoop the poop—because no one likes surprises in the yard. All pets also need to be house trained.

    Noise
    As much as we love to groove, we do want to let you know that there are people living above you and there may footstep noise. Our home is perfect for those who don't mind a little cha-cha-cha from above, but may not be the best fit for light sleepers. Just think of this unit as a bottom floor apartment and you'll be good to go!

    We want to ensure that our home is safe and secure, so we do have surveillance cameras monitoring the exterior perimeter of the house around the clock. Don't worry though, we won't be using them to spy on you, we just want to make sure that our home and guests are safe and secure.
