The property was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and residential. It was located centrally and close to both Kirkland and Bellevue. We appreciated the easy communication with the hosts and the stay was very comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent communication and responsiveness made this an ideal stay in a beautiful home full of old-world charm. Neighborhood was very nice and upscale, and we appreciated the gorgeous view of Lake Washington throughout day and night. We stayed during the summer and the house did get very warm on one particularly hot day. We found keeping the blinds closed during the afternoon sun and opening the windows in the evening helped quite a bit to cool the house down relatively quickly.Overall we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this rental to anyone wishing to check out the area!

Beautiful place, spacious and relaxing. The only drawback in the summer would have to be no AC. That being said, it forced us to really enjoy the outdoor space which we might not have done otherwise. Thank you!!
