Two bedrooms are located at opposing ends of a short hallway situated off the dining room. One features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The third bedroom is off the edge of the kitchen and has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to help accommodate differing temperature needs. Need more space? We've got your solution; one of the new sofas converts to a queen size sleeper! The full bathroom and laundry machines separate the two bedrooms off the hallway. Refresh w a warm shower or relax w a soak in the tub. With a washer and dryer in the unit you can pack light and stay for a month…or two!

You'll love making meals in this kitchen! Beautiful granite provides ample counter space. Generous cabinetry to house all your favorite vacation foods! Dishwasher, gas range, built in microwave and side by side fridge/freezer all in stainless steel. Additional stainless steel beverage fridge to be sure you can keep all your drinks cool and you hydrated from the summer sun! Windows surround the enclosed sunporch with dimmable lighting so you can enjoy the outdoors from the indoors. A perfect spot to sip your morning coffee, or enjoy the evening hours.

Knock off the sand in your toes and salt in your hair at the hot/cold outside shower. Large, fenced in side yard in case you don't get enough recreation at the beach! A locked interior staircase can be unlocked to convert your accommodations to a whole house rental.*
