Private entry with brand new washer/dryer. Fenced in backyard w/pool and hot tub! Plenty of space to lounge in the sun. Patio with tables, chairs and BBQ for grilling. Extras include beach badges, beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, outdoor rinse station, bikes, corn hole, backyard Jenga & more! Parking for 1 car in driveway and tons of free street parking available.
