However, the apartment itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned and updated. For example, rugs were very dirty, and the shower curtain liner was moldy and dirty (and had to be replaced by us). The washing machine was very dirty, and we had to clean it completely. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the kitchen cabinets were so full of stuff that we had to store our kitchen belongings on the counter. The tablecloth on the kitchen table was grease stained. It was just enough space and super clean. Shirt walk to the beach and bay. The check in process was very easy and Tricia was easy to contact.
