With space to accommodate up to six guests, this home offers the ideal setting for relaxation, fun, and making lasting memories. We are a unique collection of 24 homes designed with fun in mind. Step outside to enjoy the communal outdoor space, complete with corn hole boards, BBQ grills, and cozy fire pits. Rainy day? Head to the game room and keep the good times rolling. The Space: The Commons property offers three distinct unit types: Pond Units, Courtyard Units, and Roadside Units. Each home at The Commons features 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. These modern homes also include a queen pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chillier coastal evenings. \*\*Please note this is a Roadside Unit. While many guests enjoy their stay in these homes, some have mentioned that road noise can be noticeable. To help with this, we provide white noise machines in each bedroom, and you’ll see that pricing for these units reflects this feedback. If you're sensitive to noise, we’d be happy to recommend one of our Pond Units or a Courtyard Unit set further back from the road for a quieter experience.
