Step outside to enjoy the communal outdoor space, complete with corn hole boards, BBQ grills, and cozy fire pits. Rainy day? Head to the game room and keep the good times rolling. The Space: Each home at The Commons features 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. These modern homes also include a queen pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chillier coastal evenings. Guests have access to the shared courtyard, where you’ll find fire pits, BBQs, a game room, and laundry facilities—everything you need to relax and enjoy your time by the coast. All of the pond-view homes have an amazing private patio with its own fire pit, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine or roasting marshmallows under the stars.
