Nice weekend in Seaside
Great weekend away at this property! Exactly as advertised, 50 yards from beach in Seaside, quiet environment for sleeping, good value for the price. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Clean & wonderful location!
The space was clean, roomy, and at a perfect location. Big, private bathroom, small dining area/table, and all the storage you may need for your stay. Wifi worked wonderfully for those who may need to do a little work inbetween relaxation. The ocean is a 3 minute walk and the rest of the attractions are a short 7 minute walk down the promenade! The host was delightful and made us feel at home. Such a lovely stay. Perfect for 2 people!

Great Stay!
Very cozy, comfortable, steps from the very clean beach. Anja? (Cleaning lady) was a delightful person and very helpful! Oh yeah-steps from the Prom with an easy walk to the action on Broadway. We picked the perfect weekend for the car show and the Sandcastle contest.

Great little apartment
We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Theresa's place. It was very clean and modern, and the bed was comfy. It was very quiet day and night, and in a beautiful neighborhood a block from the ocean--with views of the ocean from the window. It's located at one end of the Prom--so not a lot of people and traffic around. Theresa was very kind and helpful and available. We will stay here again the next time we are in Seaside.

Great hostess, but the place lacked a few amenities such as a way to put soap on a tray in the shower and a coffee maker IN THE ROOM. No AC made the room very hot, despite the fan.

Small property
This property is in a good location, but the listing was misleading. The pictures lead you to believe this place is bigger with a couch to sit. The room (because that’s mostly what it is) only had a double bed with a chair. Then there was only a little table with a small fridge & microwave. There was only one set of towels left for two people over 4 days and no coffee. Again, the bed was only a size double, so be aware when booking.

Hi Jeanette, my apology for your disappointment. We happened to be out of town for the 4 days you were there. We did send you a note to please get the extra towels and use the kitchen on the main floor. I set up 3 sets of towels - which was total of 9 different sizes in the bathroom before leaving and there was extras on the main floor. The bed is a queen size bed and the extra area is for the table with two chairs to dine. The room is pretty big for a single bedroom in Seaside.

Very happy with our stay. Clean accommodations, plenty of room, very short walk to the promenade and beach, easy parking, in a nice little Seaside town. Note that the unit has a fan but no A/C which is rarely needed

Oregon getaway
Enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed with ocean view. Parking great. Did need soap for shower, when asked was provided timely. Would enjoy to stay again. Not sure if there was a steamer or iron available as did not request however not in the unit. Overall would definitely recommend.

Close to the beach

Just Married!
Me and my now husband had our wedding on the beach 8-1-22, and we booked this rental to stay a few more days in Seaside. It's such a cute little place, and Theresa was very sweet when we thought we lost our key. Thankfully we had it and didn't need to be let in. Overall it was a very cute quiet place to stay

Perfect location and great price!
I really enjoyed my time here! The PT retreat was exactly what I was looking for. Steps away from the beach (which was not crowded at all), right at the end of the boardwalk with easy access to all the fun things Seaside has to offer. The room was comfortable, easy to come and go as I needed and the mini fridge and microwave made it possible for me to bring my own food as I didn’t want to eat out every meal. Thank you so much!

Das Bad war sauber und groß. Die Lage strandnah und ruhig. Das Einchecken mit Code sehr schwierig, da die Haustüre klemmt. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht einstellbar, uns war es zu kalt und es hat gezogen. Schränke waren nicht ausgewischt, Fenster sehr dreckig, Spinnweben im Zimmer. Keine Spüle, keine gemütlichen Sitzplätze. Frühstück abgestanden und unappetitlich ( haben wir nicht gegessen). Bett hatte 2 Matratzen übereinander ( zu hoch für kleinere Personen). Seaside hat uns gefallen und der Strand war sehr schön.
