Newly refreshed condo, with new floors, paint and tv in May of 23\. So new we haven't even had the chance to update the pictures yet, New pictures coming soon!! OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! (Includes covered parking space) Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Bedroom has King bed, cable TV/DVD and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Living room has Queen Murphy bed and Queen hide-a-bed sofa, TV/VCR. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Washer and dryer on site available for guest use. Parking for 2 vehicles. The view was very nice right out onto the ocean. Couple of items to update is a better mattress and fix the toilet innards in the main bath. The chain was rusted, and the toilet kept running when flushed. Our main issue was the unit above us was under construction and two days of flooring being ripped out, sanded, hammering and sawing was not fun at all. The condition of the unit was disappointing. It needs an update. There was no lock on the slider, with a broken chair on the patio. Tape was on the kitchen window, but wind came through.
