Living room has comfortable seating, cable TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully appointed including dishwasher, dinette set with sliders to balcony with river view. Free internet access. The living area is spacious and so comfortable. The kitchen is decked out with all of the cooking utensils you could ever need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are good sized. Heat lamps in the bathroom. My two biggest complaints were that the light switch in the bathroom was very annoying and not easy to use, and the laundry facilities were difficult to get into. Very close to downtown Seaside Oregon as well as the beach. We REALLY liked the ease to access both. All kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and appliances worked perfectly. For the few warmer days, an electric fan was available which really was a relief. The recliners in the living room were perfect to flop and relax in the evenings. TV worked fine. Bed was comfy. Plenty of hangers in the closet. The only downside was when we moved in and climbed the 15 stairs more than 10 times. Blame us for bringing way too much stuff. Our knees aren’t what they used to be.
