Great location to beach and bay and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Nice outdoor shower. Nice living area. Comfortable beds. Loved the front porch for hanging out after the beach. Upstairs loft is great for kids but you may want to bring a TV as one is not included. We also brought a fan for the upstairs loft ( though it is air conditioned).
