THE SPACE:
Welcome to our newly built beach house in the heart of Seaside Heights! Just a 4 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, rides, waterpark and more!
Inside, you'll discover a beautifully designed home with an abundance of character. The ground level features a 1 car garage for extra parking and an outdoor grilling area in the back with a shower rinse off station.
Walk up to the main floor and enjoy an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a covered front deck for outdoor dining or relaxing. The main floor also features a queen bedroom with attached full bathroom.
The second floor features three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is attached to the primary bedroom which also features its own private balcony.
The top floor features an additional living area with a wet bar and extra large outdoor deck with perfect views of the ferris wheel, and maybe even a summertime fireworks display.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and outdoor areas. Several small closets are secured for owner use.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of the iconic Seaside Heights Boardwalk and sandy beaches. The area offers plenty of local dining, ice cream shops, arcades, and seasonal entertainment. Stress-Free Stay
This rental was exactly what was needed for our family following a funeral mass and celebration of life for my mother. The house was beautifully furnished and perfectly laid out to allow for adult children separate spaces to gather. The location was ideal, as well. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was a stress-free enjoyment with the included beach wagon, chairs and cooler. No car needed!

Perfect Beach House
This house was perfection! The property was beautiful and the pictures show the space exactly as is. The house fit 6 of us with plenty of room to be together but also space to spread out. The walk to the beach was two short blocks and all of the beach equipment and passes were included (a major bonus!) The sunset from the top desk is spectacular. My family and I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again!
