It had all the amenities you could ask for and was very clean, spacious, updated and a short walk down the street to the beach! I liked that you could buy additional daily and weekly beach badges (2 seasonal badges are provided) right where you enter the beach. The house is in a great location: walking distance to a bagel & pizza shop, farmer's market, Seaside Boarkwalk and many other places:-) The kitchen was well-stocked and had a great island we could gather around and provided lots of extra counter space to prepare meals. We thought the beds were comfy and the outdoor shower was great. There was always plenty of hot water! It was a huge bonus to have a washer and dryer in the house and we used them almost daily. The outdoor grill worked well for us and the brand new smart TV was super nice. The wifi worked very well, too, and that was extremely important to the kids! Bonnie was great to work with and answered the few questions I had within minutes! Everything works as expected, the appliances are new, and there's laundry in the unit. The kitchen is recently remodeled and very nice, although it could be better stocked - there was no cheese grater, just for one example, and not enough wine glasses. Wifi worked well. We had 7 people stay for a few nights and it wasn't cramped at all. The neighbors are great too, and the distance to the beach was exceptional. We will definitely be renting there again! Very short walk to beach, kitchen spacious, and there was plenty of room for 5 adults and young children. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the toddlers clean as there is no bathtub. It is a short walk to the beach and also in walking distance from many other activities (boardwalk, miniature golf and an arcade). Bonnie and her family have been nothing but nice and helpful and are there if you need them. We have thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will continue to do so. Central air was great to have as it was in the 90's. The bedrooms were comfortable for us(5). The kitchen was well equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Quick clean up, not much time in the kitchen. It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer, too. The best part is that it is located on the block right next to the beach.
