Bad business
Beautiful place, amazing location, however several things went wrong during our stay. For 2 days we had either no hot water, or no water at all. Communication with property manager about this was pretty good, but when it came to the owner, when I wanted to discuss reimbursement, he pretty much implied he did us a favor by fixing the hot water heater..? While it WAS out of the owner’s control, thats absolutely unacceptable. When I explained to him how negatively this issue effected over half of our trip, and the dangers of having NO WATER…in 85 degree weather…he pretty much wanted me to thank him for leaving paper towels and toilet paper. Never been to a rental that doesn’t leave toilet paper? Thank God we befriended the neighbors, otherwise we would’ve had no restroom. Floors were also extremely filthy. Would not recommend staying here unless you don’t mind supporting bad business.

Perfect location - amazing stay!
We had the best MDW at seaside heights. This rental is literally STEPS from the boardwalk. Beach passes and parking permit included. It is also right next door to daily parking lots which were $25 a day and allowed us to stay overnight (we had multiple vehicles). The property was clean and there was an abundance of beach towels available. The listing is completely accurate and everything was in order. The apartment is actually bigger than I imagined. Owner and management were extremely accommodating. Thank you so much for a great stay! We hope to rent again soon!

Right by beach and boardwalk
1 block from the beach/boardwalk. My 80 year old parents were able to navigate it all. Less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach (4 beach passes inc. ) Less than a 5 minute walk to the rides and games. Only one parking place and it’s tight but manageable. They offer a second parking pass and we easily parked on the street. Easy check in and out. I hope to be back!

-The condo was very nice. We had four adults and ababy and we had plenty of room. -You can't beat the location. We were across the streey from the beach and boardwalk. -I did have difficulty parking my second car (only one space per unit)

Great place which was perfect for the amount of people we had with us. Very clean and close to the boardwalk and of course the JERSEY SHORE house. Great week filled with many memories.
