Plus a very short walk to the water parks and other fun attractions. Couldn’t beat the location for the price. My only slight issues were the fact that the bunk bed was definitely not good for 2 people. The “mattress” on the top bunk is too thin to be a mattress, more like a mattress topper, and the bottom “mattress” on the futon was closer to the size of a twin just resting on a full size mattress topper. Therefore, the person sleeping on the top bunk did not sleep very well. Luckily, there were only 3 of us on the second night so it worked out perfectly then. Also, there were some bugs - a few ants and flies - but that’s also to be expected at a beach house so it really didn’t bother us. Other than that, the place was really great for what we needed and it was easy to clean up after ourselves due to the size. I would definitely recommend this place but only for 3 people max.
