Walking distance to all attractions ( boardwalk, arcade, mini golf, waterpark, restaurants, and shops)

Parking for 4 cars (2 car garage, 1 car driveway and 1 car on the street - Blocking your own driveway is permitted but blocking sidewalk is not). There is a 220 Volt NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage to charge your electric car. Please make sure you bring your mobile car charger/ connector if you have an electric car.

Ground floor includes a car garage with entrance to the main living area as well as entrance to backyard with covered patio, outdoor private shower, and gas grill.

This is the perfect family home with an open spacious floor plan.

First floor features a living room with a sectional couch, dining room, kitchen, breakfast bar, full bath, and bedroom with queen bed and entrance to the garage.

Second floor has a master bedroom with en suite bath with an outdoor deck, one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds twin over full with a pullout twin trundle. Full bath with shower/tub and washer and dryer.

The outdoor living space consists of 2 decks, 1 off the living room and another off the master bedroom with ocean, boardwalk, and sunset views. Covered patio in the fenced-in backyard with a gas grill and private outdoor shower.

Your stay includes 8 beach passes, a $600 value, for Seaside Heights Beach. Children 11 years of age and under are free. Additional daily and weekly passes can be purchased during your stay at the Boardwalk and Kearney Avenue stand. You will be charged if you lose a beach pass.

You're welcome to utilize any beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs in the garage. Please make sure they are returned in the same condition you found them. If they are damaged during your use, please notify us.

You’re welcome to use the 5 bikes in the garage. Each bike has its own cable lock. A $150/ bike penalty will be charged for any loss or damage to the bikes.

We do not provide any bed sheets or towels. You will need 3 queen sheets, 2 full sheets, and 4 twin sheets. You may call Coastal Linen Supply https://coastallinensupply.com to have your sheets and towels delivered.

We ask that you respect the "Owner's Closet" and storage areas.
