Adorable one bedroom one bathroom condo with small outdoor seating for two. Ideal for couples looking for a shore getaway. Park the car and walk everywhere!

Near beach, boardwalk, restaurants, Casino Pier & Breakwater Beach.

THE SPACE

This condo offers WiFi / ROKU TVs, large window air-unit, queen size bed and a pull out couch.

TWO beach badges to use for your stay ($130.00 value) - must be left at property or the full price of them will be deducted from your deposit.

ONE PARKING PASS - ($250 deducted from deposit if it is not returned / left at property).
You can park at any metered space in Seaside Heights EXCEPT:
a. Ocean Terrace
b. Any Street end off of Ocean Terrace
c. Any metered parking lot.

Ideal for couples looking for a relaxing shore getaway. A no party policy is strictly in place - 25+ required. This is not rented for proms or events.

NO smoking. NO pets. These rules are strictly enforced, any violation could result in removal from the property.

The weather wasn't that great. The little touches - water, coffee k-cups and salt water taffy - were very much appreciated.

I loved everything about this house. It was spotless clean. The inside is beautifully renovated. And I love the shore decor! This getaway was so relaxing and the beach is so closeby. I would definitely rent this house again.
