The beach entrance is at the end of the street, and not every street can say that. Being only a few houses from the beach made setting up for the day and going back and forth as needed very convenient. Especially with a five year old. Having my daughter with her family up and , and another two daughters and boyfriends down made every one feel at home. Left me with the pull out couch as usual, but more comfortable than most I've been on. The back yard is private and great for cooking out, and with other family members having three other houses within the same block, We had plenty of room when it was our night for hosting dinner. The mornings had walks to the corner for bagels and coffee, and evening wagon rides for ice cream with my grandson. Weekly beach passes are included. It might be for 2 families. 1st floor has a kitchen, 2 rooms and Futon. 2nd floor has another kitchen with 2 rooms and futon. Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. There are places to eat around the corner- sunny hunny, rocks fellas and Chinese, pizza, Cuban all within walking distance. Barnacle bill is also walking distance.
