We had young ones (3 years and 11 months) and it was very safe and comfortable. But be sure to ask about linens. Apparently, it's a local custom in seaside heights to not include sheets and towels in the rental. The host worked quickly to provide linens after the misunderstanding was made clear, but it was stressful to show up with children and grandparents to a house that wasn't ready to sleep in. ##### Jeremiah B.
