Originally built in the 1940s, this charming home has been fully remodeled inside, blending modern comforts with historic touches — from its marble countertops and tile floors to original hardwood, reclaimed tongue‑and‑groove boards, and the unique floor grate that inspired its name. This 2‑bedroom, 1‑bath home features a full kitchen, formal dining area, laundry access, and a comfortable living room with a pull‑out couch. Loved the countertops and everything was right there. Very homey and comfortable. Couldn’t do a 5 star due to our reaction to previous pet exposure on the guest bed and couch, but we have now learned to go no pet homes. We’re just more sensitive than others I guess.
