Extremely clean and well maintained. Cora, the host, was extremely detail oriented in equipping the property with everything necessary to enhance your stay. Of particular note was the kitchen, very well stocked with modern appliances. The location of the cottage is also a plus, as it is away from the crowded side of Mount Desert Island. Great cottage close to the attractions of Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island harbors. It was not far enough to have some privacy as well. Sitting on the deck you can observe to local flora and fauna. Several bird species passed through as well as several deer. Temperatures were always comfortable.
