Located in its own gated area, this first-floor corner unit is tucked away under a canopy of live oaks in its private Seabrook Island community of forty units. With shiplap ceilings, custom doors and cabinetry, all new flooring, and designer furnishings, great thought has been put into the design and decor of this coastal oasis.
Upon entering, guests will find abundant natural light with views of the marsh, shrimping boats, and some of the most incredible Lowcountry waterfront sunsets. The open living space features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and an abundance of serveware for your dining needs. A dining table with a server and six chairs makes for a great breakfast or dinner spot. An outdoor balcony complete with two Adirondack chairs is located just off the dining area.
Off the kitchen entrance is the living room, furnished with comfortable, modern seating, an extra-large smart TV, and a sofa sleeper that provides additional sleeping accommodations for two guests. A second balcony with seating and water views is also accessible from the living area, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress, ample fluffy pillows, new bedding, a large-screen TV, closet space, and a desk area. The en-suite bath offers a spacious shower, vanity, and toilet.
The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, closet, bench, chair, and modern accents. The guest bathroom offers a large vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a toilet.
A washer and dryer are located off the hallway for the convenience of guests.

• CLUB AMENITIES: Access to the private Seabrook Island Club is optional. Digital Amenity Cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family, offering access to the oceanfront Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts.
• POOL: Complimentary access to both the private Bay Pointe complex pool and the outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lakehouse is included. Optional access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools is available with the purchase of an amenity card. Even without club amenity cards, guests enjoy access to the uncrowded private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 2 vehicle gate passes. Street parking is strictly prohibited.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: Electric and gas-powered LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) are permitted at this villa complex. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the strict maximum limit of 2 vehicle gate passes.
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Dog friendly. This property welcomes your dog with our prior approval. An additional non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet applies.
• LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: A non-refundable fee of $69 applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. The fitness center and indoor pool at the Lakehouse are accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKER: A standard 12-cup glass coffee pot is on site for guest use. Please bring your own ground coffee and filters.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are available for purchase for $55 per day per family. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a fee of $45 per gate pass. This fee applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided, and drivers will be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) require a pass and count toward the strict maximum limit of 2 gate passes.
• CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self-check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone, and our office and team of staff are located on the island most of the time.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. • CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
• THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping inside or at the property. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
