Under the ancient live oaks and palm trees, on a quiet and sought-after street, this 3 bedroom/3 bath home is entering the vacation RENTAL MARKET FOR THE FIRST TIME. The living room is a spacious retreat with elevated ceiling, ceiling fan, new furnishings, a large screen TV with cable, decorative fireplace, and spectacular views of the Lowcountry sunsets. Behind the living area, guests may enjoy a cocktail off the screened-in deck. Under the fan and string lighting, the deck features a semi-circular couch with comfortable cushion seats and a glass top coffee table. A well-stocked kitchen makes serving and entertaining a breeze. Clean, white cabinets, modern appliances, ample counterspace and an array of cookware and serveware make cooking and dining easy. The kitchen table seats 6 and additional seating can be found in the spacious dining room. Off the dining area, a balcony serves as an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book. Off the living room area, the master bedroom features an elevated ceiling, plush king bed with new firm mattress, large flat screen TV, dresser, closet, fireplace (decorative use only), and balcony.
