La ubicación es excelente y el staff bastante servicial. Como único punto por mejorar, la experiencia en la playa no fue del todo agradable debido al acceso de vehículos particulares y al desorden generado por personas ajenas al hotel, lo que resta un poco de tranquilidad al entorno.

Namu exceeded our expectations in every way. The room, the grounds, the spa and especially the staff were exceptional. The front desk staff were extremely helpful before and during our stay. The chef and restaurant staff were great and the food was amazing!
