Sleeping arrangements very poor - one small windowless bedroom with basically a bunk bed arrangement in it (maybe a double at most on the bottom). The other bed was a pullout couch in the living room. Also for the foreseeable future they are doing a major tear down and I assume some rebuild on the large property next door which is a basically a square block.
