After 42 years of hosting guests in our home, we have redeveloped the property into a Beautiful Custom- 6 bedroom 5.5 Bath Townhouse in downtown Sea Isle with a 3 stop elevator. 1 Block to the Beach and Promenade. Walk to Everything! 1/2 a block off Landis Ave. Park your car in one of the 4 off-street spots and walk to Restaurants, shopping, nightlife and everything else Sea Isle is famous for. Large open living, dining, kitchen on the top floor. 2 large front decks, 4 rear covered balconies. Nice sized grass backyard and an enclosed outside shower. Bedrooms: 1 Primary Suite with a king sized bed and covered deck. 2 Primary Suites with queen sized beds and balconies. The house is brand new and there is lots of space for everyone. The location is stellar - just two blocks to the beach and also close to lots of restaurants and shops.
