"Our floor was very noisy due to having many kids. I had made a request for a quiet room, but I ended up sleeping with ear plugs because the kids were running around and shouting and laughing in the corridor."

"We only stayed one night and it was disappointing. They do not stock kettles in rooms, but told us we could boil water in a pot for tea. The pull out sofa was so bad that one of our children slept on the floor on a camping mat and we had and another child put a sheet on the sofa as is and slept there. Several of the lamps would not turn on and several outlets didn't work. The toilet seat broke too during our stay. We've had a good history with Residence Inns. I was surprised at this. Since we had booked with Expedia (3rd party), no compensation for all these inconveniences was offered when we reported things to staff."

"Quick check in and out process, great breakfast with hot and cold items, helpful front desk staff, and everything was cleaned well. Bathrooms offer Dove products (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc) for use. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub but saw others using them and the area and overall atmosphere seemed great. I would stay here again!"
