The most important thing is that the owners did not leave one single detail out. We were a group of 13 with age range from 1-73. Every one just loved it. Guaranteed that it’s worth every penny."

Our group included grandkids, daughters, and their husbands—traveling from all over the country—and this was the perfect place for us to come together.The house itself is stunning, with gorgeous views that greeted us every morning. The hot tub was a favorite spot for relaxing in the evenings, and the fire pit quickly became a nightly tradition—roasting marshmallows, telling stories, and simply enjoying each other's company over s'mores.We especially appreciated how the home offered both spacious common areas for gathering and plenty of cozy spots for quiet moments—whether it was reading a book, having a heart-to-heart chat, or just soaking in the scenery.Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged for families. This house provided the perfect setting for making memories, and we’re so grateful for the time we shared here. "Gorgeous house with everything we needed! Clean, stocked, and with all the amenities. We were a group of 10 with one baby, and the house was the perfect size and location! Would recommend a car with 4-wheel drive if you’re expecting snow. "

"We had a great long weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home with fabulous views of the fall foliage. The home itself was great, well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking/meals. The views were a big part of what drew us to the house and the pictures shown were accurate and the real views lived up to the expectations! The location is great for its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort as well as the beautiful Grafton Notch State Park and many hiking options. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!"
