Beautiful lobby and very helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good. Rooms and hallways are very plain with little appeal. No hair dryer in our room. Beds are very comfortable. Convenient location.

I enjoyed the staff. They were friendly and made us feel welcomed and comfortable. We all liked our rooms - after some clarification of how the lights worked! The breakfast was good and the coffee was great! All in all very glad. We stayed there. Easy to walk to some places.

The Dublin One hotel was perfect for our 2-night stay. We were able to walk to the Bon Jovi concert and were in walking distance of the city center. We got to the hotel early, and the front desk staff was very helpful in letting us check in early. We didn't check into parking until about a week before our stay. We parked at the Mater Hospital, which was about a 5-minute walk to the hotel It all worked out. You don't really need a car if staying in Dublin because you can take a taxi or bus anywhere. Overall, it was a great experience.

"I would suggest putting heaters outside in the smoking area, as we were freezing while smoking outside last night. It would be lovely for people to be able to smoke and have a chat while staying warm. Other than that, our stay was amazing, and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely book again! ..."
